SEAMEO RETRAC CYBER LEARNING

Our online courses are carefully prepared and anchored to support the SEAMEO Priority Areas. Online courses are not new to SEAMEO RETRAC since the Center has been offering a variety of blended type of courses, workshops and forums that fused face-to-face (F2F) and online interactions since 2014.

The Center has also utilized the Moodle platform (version 2.8) in the past coupled with relevant ICT open source tools and applications for an enhanced blended learning experience among young, adult and professional learners.

The Center has now revitalized its platform by implementing Moodle 3.4 at the same time expanding the blended course offerings to include online courses ranging from one-month short courses, modular courses and webinars.

For 2018, the Center aims to offer free courses and webinars for its constituents. The Center looks forward to supporting pre-service and in-service teachers, education administrators and managers in Viet Nam and in the southeast Asian region.

With SEAMEO RETRAC’s experience of delivering quality training and workshop programs and its relevant network of experts, the Center intends to beef up the online courses in the coming days.

So our constituents can look forward to more, fresh and applicable courses to be offered in educational management and leadership, English language teaching, learning and methodologies, and instructional technology.
