At the main Cyber Learning page, the upcoming courses will be listed. Anybody who is interested to join a course or a webinar will have to register first. Registration is a requirement.

Registration allows us to understand our learners better.

Once you click on the Register link, you will have to answer a form with 13 questions . Make sure you are using an active email address, an email that you regularly use. 

An email will be sent to you with your log-in credentials for the SEAMEO RETRAC Cyber Learning page. Note the information or save it in your phone. This will give you access to the site or to the virtual room in case you are participating in a webinar.
